At Chic Verve, we believe in providing our customers with high-quality products and great service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to make things right. Our return policy allows you to return or exchange items within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. It should also be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Certain items, including final sale items and custom orders, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items must be returned along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- All items must be shipped back within 14 days after contacting us for a return request.
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, email info@chicverve.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with further instructions. If approved, please ensure the item is securely packaged and shipped to the return address provided in our confirmation email.
For international customers, it’s important to use a reliable, trackable shipping method as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. You may also be responsible for customs or import duties on return shipments.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, depending on your bank, it may take longer for the refund to appear on your account.
Refunds will be processed in Swiss Francs (CHF). If you paid in another currency, exchange rate fluctuations may apply.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, provided the desired item is in stock. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@chicverve.com within 30 days of purchase. As with returns, exchange shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact info@chicverve.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include photos and a description of the issue, and we will arrange a refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
